Ingredients
500g chicken (cut into pieces)
2 onions (sliced)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp ginger paste
2 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp chili flakes
1 cup coconut milk
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Method
Heat oil and sauté onions until golden.
Add garlic, ginger, and spices; cook for a minute.
Add chicken and mix well.
Pour in coconut milk and simmer until chicken is tender.Serve hot with steamed rice or roti.
