Ingredients
1 cup red lentils
1 onion (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (crushed)
1 green chili (sliced)
1 tsp turmeric
1 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Method
Rinse lentils and boil with turmeric until soft.
In a pan, heat oil and sauté onion, garlic, and chili.
Add cooked lentils and coconut milk.
Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve warm with rice or bread.
